Approach

We start with an attribution diagnosis. If the current funnel is counting conversions in black boxes, or worse, double-counting between channels, nothing we build on top will hold. So we reinstall the tracking, align events and separate last-session media from compounding media.

In execution, we treat each platform as a territory with its own dialect. Creatives are written and tested in the native voice of the channel, no copy-paste between Meta and TikTok. Variants are versioned, paused and reactivated based on hard signals, not creative hunches.

Weekly, we review the incrementality report. Which channel is actually bringing in new sales? Which is harvesting demand that would have arrived anyway? The answer moves the budget, no drama, no attachment to past choices.

Monthly, we ship an editorial: a short text explaining what changed, what worked, what failed, and where we are heading. The opposite of a thirty-KPI slide with no hierarchy.
